Wipe out carpenter ants, termites and other unwelcome pests with TERRO® Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer. This convenient aerosol spray kills on contact and provides long-lasting residual control, continuing to kill pests up to four weeks. And, unlike other sprays, TERRO® Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer features a non-staining spray that leaves behind no unpleasant odors.
With its handy, two-way spray nozzle, TERRO® Carpenter Ant & Termite Killer can be used indoors and outdoors as a coarse spray, or as a crack and crevice treatment to control carpenter ants, termites, carpenter bees, wood wasps, beetles and borers.
Carpenter Ant Killer:
For quick and effective control of carpenter ants, treat nests and the surrounding areas. Apply TERRO® carpenter ant aerosol spray around doors, windows and other places where ants could enter. Using the directional two-way stream nozzle, inject the TERRO® carpenter ant aerosol spray into infested wood, and cracks and crevices where insects may be hiding, living and breeding.
Wipe Out Wood-Infesting Insects:
To quickly kill termites and other wood-infesting insects such as beetles, borers, carpenter bees and wood wasps, begin by locating the area of infestation such as insect tunnels and cavities. Using the crack and crevice nozzle tip, spray the TERRO® termite aerosol spray into tunnels and galleries. In infested inaccessible closed voids, small holes should be drilled eight to 10 inches apart to ensure thorough insecticide gallery treatment. Take care not to contact electrical wiring or plumbing when treating.

Bianchi from Amazon Review This may be a great product, but I never got to try it. The Terro liquid ant baits we bought did the trick all by themselves. Try them first!Date published: 2014-07-23Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Don'ever stop making this with its unique spray tube! Not only very effective, but the only spray I've been able to find with a very thin, raisable, collapsible spray tube--especially important if one is trying to get at sources like tiny holes or cracks.Date published: 2014-06-17Rated 5 out of 5 by M. White "Sunshyne" from I love this product! I have a terrible problem with spiders. I first ordered the spray by Terro for spiders but did not like it is an aerosol can. The Carpenter spray lasts much longer and I live the stick spray which allows me to get in cracks. I love this product!Date published: 2013-11-09Rated 5 out of 5 by terro user from No ants so far. We called an exterminator when we noticed carpenter ants, he put gel in the unsealed holes by radiators and sprayed around the house and in the basement. But that did not work and the ants kept coming. We then bought the terro aerosol and the ants started disappearing 24 hours later. We saw a few dead ants in the following couple of days, and no ants so far. We use terro for little ants (it's excellent) and will defiinitely use aerosol if we ever see carpenter ants again.Date published: 2013-11-09Rated 5 out of 5 by RHP from Very effective product. Very effective product. I am very pleased with the results. Of course the biggest challenge with carpenter ants is finding their nests. But once that is accomplished this does the job.Date published: 2013-11-09

There are more than 10,000 known species of ants living throughout the world. Like other insects, they have six legs; each with three joints. Ants have large heads with compound eyes, elbowed antennae and powerful jaws. Ants are social insects that live in structured nest communities throughout the world. The species of ant determines whether they live underground, in mounds built at ground level, in wood structures or in plants or trees.
