The larvae of webbing clothes moths are a destructive pest that target natural fibers, including wool, fur, and certain fabric blends. These pests can go undetected for a long time, leaving your favorite clothes and fabrics permanently damaged. The trap uses a powerful pheromone attractant to lure adult clothes moths into the glue trap, which stops them before they can continue breeding.

This convenient trap works both as a trap to target active adult moth infestations, while also helping you to monitor new moth activity when an infestation first begins. Use the TERRO® Clothes Moth Alert in and around fabric storage areas where moths are common, including in closets, underneath dressers, inside drawers, or in cabinets where clothes are stored.
Long Lasting
The TERRO® Clothes Moth Alert Trap comes with two lures, lasting up to 3 months each. Each lure is stored in airtight pouches to prevent the attractant from depleting prior to use, so they remain fresh until opened. The lure uses a powerful pheromone to attract adult clothes moths. When ready to deploy the trap, add the lure to ensure moths will be able to find the trap with ease.
How to Use
TERRO® Clothes Moth Alert is convenient and simple to use. Just follow these quick and easy steps to begin trapping and monitoring your moth infestation.
Remove film backing from the trap to expose the glue surface.
Remove one pheromone lure from the pouch and place on the glue board. The glue will hold the lure in place.
Fold the glue board and insert the tab through the slot, creating a semi-circle. Insert the lured glue board into plastic trap holder.
Press the Timestrip® button. A small red bar will appear to indicate activation.
Lay the trap on a flat surface, mount it with the adhesive strip, or stand the trap housing to begin using.
When the Timestrip® indicator shows 3 months service or when the glue trap is full of moths, replace the Timestrip® indicator, glue board, and lure.

These things really work. Won’t totally eliminate your problem, but will certain catch a bunch and let you know where they are! I don’t understand the negative reviews, I think either they forhot to put in the lure (comes in a little foil package that you have to manually insert in the box, or they have a different kind of pest?

Moved into a house with a cloth moth problem and I have been using these Terro cloth moth traps for a few months now and they do work for sure but they have to be replaced every couple of months (even though the packaging says every 12 weeks). I wish there was a better, more permanent solution. Maybe I'll try some other products as well but i'm pretty sure they are all about the same.

I purchased these to put into 2 clothes closets which I have moths in 3 weeks ago. One trap was put into each closet. They do not work. There are no moths caught in the traps yet there are moths flying around the closet and even right by the traps. I think a different type of lure be needs to be developed since the existing type doesn't work.

These traps are amazing. I did not realize I had such a clothes moth problem until I opened the package and those moths started swarming around the traps. Within a half an hour of opening the packages I had at least 50 moths in the traps (I had purchased 4 traps).
Despite reviews, I decided to try these. Your ant traps worked well so I thought why not. I am very disappointed with my results. You could do much better than this! After nearly 1 month, 1 trap had 1 moth, the other had 2. Meanwhile, moths flit right by the traps. The lure you include is absolutely ridiculous: it's a fraction of the size of a stamp, not a lot bigger than a good sized moth. I stuck one of the traps in an area I know has a high concentration of moths. Once one of them got stuck on the teeny weeny lure, no other moths bothered. I have gone back to using traps I have to buy from the UK, where they better understand what moths are attracted to. On those, pheremone is all over the sticky surface. They are not 100% either but let me say that I installed 2 traps and caught 6 moths that same day.

This interrupts the breeding cycle. the moth traps are pretty worthless. I only buy them as my partner, she thinks they will have to catch something sooner or later. Yeah, they catch things occasionally--gnats!

Not one moth was trapped in four of your traps. It was a total waste of time and money for me. This was a surprise as I have used your other products successfully in the past.
