How It Works

After removing old spider webs, simply spray the affected area with TERRO® Cobweb Eliminator. The effective formula creates a barrier that offers both long-lasting repellency against spiders and prevents new webs from adhering for up to 60 days when applied indoors or covered outdoor surfaces.

Where to Use

TERRO® Cobweb Eliminator is a long-lasting surface treatment that discourages web formation both indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for use around porch lights and other areas where spiders commonly build webs. Apply it as a pre-season preventative treatment or in problem areas after web removal.

How to Use Cobweb Eliminator

TERRO® Cobweb Eliminator is convenient and easy to use. For optimal results, ensure treatment surface is clean prior to application.

  1. If cobwebs are present, remove them with a broom or brush prior to application.
  2. Turn nozzle to “spray” setting and adjust for fine mist. Make sure to shake well before each use.
  3. If using indoors, test a spot first before applying to the rest of the target area.
  4. Spray treatment surface evenly ensuring complete coverage. Do not wet surfaces to the point of runoff or drip. For surfaces adjacent to windows or landscape plantings, apply product with a sponge to avoid overspray.
  5. Remove any overspray with soap and warm water.
  6. Reapply product every 60 days or when effects of previous treatment appear to be fading.

I can use my patio again! We have had horrible spider problems and I hadn't found anything that worked. I'm not concerned with the spider itself. If they just wouldn't leave my house and yard looking like a horror movie, we would have no issue with them. We literally have been unable to use our patio or outdoor furniture without taking a bunch of time to sweep down the webs. Enter TERRO COBWEB ELIMINATOR! I walked out on the patio and located the closest web. There was a spider on it. I gave it a couple sprays of this stuff and the spider literally ran away. I swept all the webs out and sprayed everywhere. The next day there were just one or two webs. I knocked them down and sprayed again. I did that a couple more days in a row and have had very little problem they just don't seem to come back. It has been about 2 weeks and I consider the reduction of spiders highly successful. This morning I went out and there were a few single strands of web from one object to another. I was able to knock them down within 30 seconds which is a miracle. I'm so impressed with this product that I want to purchase a gallon size, but I don't think they have it.

The web spray works quite well & the spider spray definitely kills on contact. Will buy again when needed.

Infestation of outdoor webs and spiders finally under control!

Having power washed our entire home and covered decks I was appalled at finding webs everywhere within only a week. Using the Terro spray spider killer after removing all the webs I could find, then spraying everything with Terro cobweb eliminator I found about 90% fewer webs in all the areas I sprayed over the next few days. The 'killer' spray had only killed about half, and a week later I was inundated with them again, sprayed again, used up the 'eliminator, and now two weeks later 95% clean so far. Had killed easily 350 spiders, probably many more! Will they be back? Most likely, but hopefully far fewer!

Hello
Could we use the cobweb eliminator at a covered boat dock? We have lots of webs and active spiders. Our concern is for the fish swimming in the water below the dock. Thank you!

Thank you very much for contacting us. It would be our pleasure to assist you. This product is not recommended for use at a covered boat dock since it should not be applied near water sources.

While the spray works immediately to prevent spiders from forming new webs, for safety reasons regarding fish and aquatic life, we do not recommend applying it in your situation.

Can you spray this product on a wall that will be painted in a few weeks?
