We plan to use this product around base boards and at the bottom of kitchen cabinets. Is it safe and effective for the use? Please note that the home will be vacant for weeks after application.

The Terro Carpenter Ant and Termite Killer spray can be used behind baseboards and under cabinets and is safe when used as directed.

Hidden spaces around sinks, storage areas, baseboards, doors, and windows
Behind and under refrigerators, cabinets, stoves, and shelves
Inside drawers, bookcases, and similar locations
For your safety, please be sure to cover all food handling surfaces, and either cover or remove all food and cooking utensils prior to application. After treatment, it’s important to wash surfaces thoroughly, especially those that came into contact with food.
