Just bought this product. Can will not spray at all. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your new TERRO® Outdoor Ant Killer Spray. The can should begin spraying when the nozzle is pressed firmly, but sometimes the spray mechanism may need a few steady presses to activate if it’s a new or recently manufactured unit. Please ensure the nozzle isn’t clogged and that the straw, if included, is properly attached. If the product still does not spray after trying these steps, the can may be defective. If area not exposed to rain (underside attic ventilation vent/soffit ventilation) does it lose its effectiveness?

When I searched your site for “Asian Lady Beetles (or Bug)” Terro Outdoor Ant Killer (T1700-6) product did not come up, but it is listed on the label, etc. Terro Ant Killer Spray T2303 came up, both list Asian Lady Beetles. Which lasts longer and is most effective?

HI, thank you for reaching us. Both are equally effective. However. The TERRO Spider & Ant Killer Spray (T2303) continues to kill insects for up to four weeks and can be used indoors, while the TERRO Outdoor Ant Killer (T1700-6) is an outdoor use only product that would last up to 12 weeks after application.

When used as directed and allowed to dry completely, TERRO® Outdoor Ant Killer Spray is safe for use around pets. To help protect cats and dogs, keep them out of the treated area during application and until the spray has fully dried. Always follow the label instructions for best results.

Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your question, no, this product is not designed to control wasps. For wasps, we recommend the Ant Dust, Model #T600.
