T502
What is the best way to remove the gel and how often should the gel be removed?
Question by: Natasha B on Feb 7, 2025, 11:09 PM
You can remove the material from the surface using a utensil such as a putty knife or spatula. We recommend replacing it once it has fully dried. Please note that the drying time can vary depending on factors such as humidity, the amount applied, and the surface to which it was applied. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific time frame for the drying process.

I removed the tab and squeezed the trigger multiple times. Nothing comes out. What am I missing, how do I get the gel to come out of the tube?
Question by: Leslie on Jul 6, 2025, 10:23 AM
Hi, thank you so much for your question. Based on the information, you need to:
1. Remove the small tab opposite the application trigger.
2. Twist the top to control the bait flow (follow arrows for more or less).
3. Remove the cap.
4. Place the nozzle where you want to apply the gel, then press the trigger.

I have pets, dogs and cats. What are the active ingredients in the roach control products. I need something effective, but safe. I would also like to know if these products are harmful to reptiles, amphibians, or other mammals. I don’t want to harm the Anole lizards or frogs that help control the insects. Nor do I want to harm any wildlife(mammals) that may potentially come in contact with the product. Thank you.
Question by: Lisa on Aug 9, 2025, 12:30 AM
Hi, thank you so much for your question. We appreciate your concern about the safety of pets and mammals. We do not recommend using the product near pets or wildlife, as it is an insecticide.

I'll be using this product for the first time. I have a bad infestation. I also have 2 cats. My female cat loves to catch and eat bugs of all kinds. Apparently a damn cockroach crawling along the floor board is a fun plaything and then a tasty snack.
I'm concerned that even though I'll only put th actual product in spots the cats cannot access, my sweet girl may encounter a roach that has ingested the bait and thereby inegst the bait herself should she decide said roach is looking like a tasty snack.
So,
How fast do they die after they ingest the bait?
This cat behavior ist constant by any means but i definitely see her snaps talking and snacking on a roach nearly every day.
I can sequester these kitties but I need a ballpark time frame for these fuckers to become no longer alive, after I put the bait out.
Also, is there any time of day/night that application of this product will work best, basted on roach behavior?
Thank you.

After cockroaches ingest the bait, they will die within two days. While cockroaches are more active at night, the bait will remain effective until it is eaten, so you can apply it at any time of day. However, it is not recommended to use this product if there is a chance your cat could eat a cockroach that has consumed the bait. You should keep your cats sequestered until the cockroaches have been eliminated.
