It’s also easy to set up – just add the included bait to the trap, fill with water, and hang!

Attracts and Traps Flies

Attracts and Traps Flies

Flies are an ever-present nuisance around many homes in the summer months. With the TERRO® Fly Magnet® Fly Trap, you can attract and trap a wide variety of flies that pester you outdoors, including house flies, barn flies, and bottle flies. The bait works by luring the flies into the trap. They go in expecting a treat, and find they are unable to leave.

Easy to Use

For your convenience, the TERRO® Fly Magnet® Fly Trap is incredibly easy to use. Simply empty the bait pack into the trap, add warm water to the fill line, and swirl to mix. Set the trap at ground level or hang the trap on a tree branch, stake, or other suitable hanger. The trap is designed for outdoor use so you can draw flies away from your home before they get inside. For best results, hang the trap in warm, bright, calm areas.

Long-Lasting Control

Long-Lasting Control

TERRO® Fly Magnet® bait contains no chemical insecticides so you can use the trap with peace of mind. Keep in mind, the bait may take a few hours before it becomes fully active. But once active, the effectiveness will not diminish over time, providing optimum fly control. When the trap is full, it can be emptied and re-baited for continuous trapping.

I got this item on a whim and put it in the back yard by my dog poop collection trash can. In about a 48 hour time frame it captured around 2-3 inches worth of flys. So I would definitely say I got my moneys worth out of this product.

I purchased a Terro fly trap with refills from an online outlet and was so pleased with it that I purchased two more. Unfortunately one came without the little white umbrella type cap, so I called Terro to see about replacing it. The customer service representative went above and beyond helping me get that replaced at no charge. I have family next door that has chickens and was noticing many black flies. I hung one on my porch and they allowed me to hang one at their garage by the chickens and the difference in the level of flies hanging around is absolutely amazing. Those two traps filled up within about 3 days and I appreciated that I could empty them by pouring them into a Ziploc bag and put them out at the curb in my garbage. Do be aware, this stuff stinks and you will not want it near where you sit. It draws flies in from quite a distance, so you can put it away a bit from where are you want to have a fly free area. I highly recommend these traps, they work beautifully. Do wear plastic chemical gloves when you empty them because I guarantee you're going to get a splash on your fingers and it's hard to wash off. Cinnamon oil helps.!

I would give it a five if there was a simple not so disgusting way to empty it. It works amazingly but I am not dumping that anywhere it's so gross I just should have bought the single use I found on this web page but that could get expensive if I have to replace it every week but if you're okay with dumping it it works great

I bought a few of these last year after realizing they discontinued the T512. Not as effective here in North Florida, these also smell like hot garbage. The older traps were more durable and the bait was way better.

This fly trap works extremely well. I had an infestation of 50 or more houseflies in my apartment that must have come in with some garden supplies and I bought this Terro Fly Magnet Fly Trap at a local store and mixed about 1/4 of the little bag and that was enough to trap about 30 or so flies over the course of the first 3-4 days of use. It doesn't smell bad unless you get real close. This worked so well that I highly recommend it!
