I had ants in my house a few years ago and paid an exterminator hundreds of dollars to treat my house against insects. The ants didn’t go away at all. So I tried Terro. I located where the ants were coming in, and placed a big drop on some cardboard squares next to the location. Soon they were gathered around the Terro feasting. Most died where they stood, but some made it back to the colony and all there were killed. I did this again the following year for the few new ants coming in. They died as well. Since then, no ants whatsoever. This is great stuff. Try it!

This stuff is no joke. I have been having problems with ants bedding in my growing pots. So I placed a few tabs around my pots and within 5 minutes this is what the tab looked like.

I just got this yesterday and there are a ton of ants on it! It’s working so great, I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve used other brands and they don’t even go near it, a lot of them have already died on the cardboard! Hoping some made it back to the colony ????. Thanks again!!

This stuff works great. What you have to understand is there may be many colonies you are attracting with it. I understood this when I bought my old farm house. Built in 1900. It took me 4 weeks of diligently replacing the product but it works!!! It's the best!! Thanks Terro!!!

IMO, the "old" dark Terros were the problem. The fresh worked and did not hardened too early. thx

This stuff seems like it used to work years ago but now the ants have become immune to it so it’s like you’re just feeding them. I used to swear by this product but now I swear at it because it’s not working anymore.

Bring back the formula that you used to make the Terro Ant Baits please. The Terro Ant Killer 2.0 oz. liquid bottle does NOT work -- the formula is different. I've used the Ant Killer 2.0 oz. liquid version for 5 months now, and the ants keep coming back in the same places. Ant don't bring back the liquid into their colonies. Ants also don't smell that the Terro Ant Killer formula is food, so they don't even go to eat it. Ants seem to die within one minute or so after eating the liquid, which does not give them enough time to take the poison back to their colonies. Not sure if there's too much Borax in this new formula? I had to use a stick to push ants in the direction of the Ant Killer liquid. Ants crawl all over the walls and floors instead of the smell luring them to the liquid poison. The formula has changed that no longer lures ants to eat the Ant Killer. When new ants hatch in the cracks, they resurface. So annoying. I've been trying to kill the ants for good with Terro Ant Killer all summer and now into Fall with no results. When I used the Terro Ant Baits a few years ago, that stuff works! The ants have time to take the poison back to their colonies to destroy the remainder ants. With the baits, ants NEVER CAME BACK. One time and done! Please make ALL your Terro ant product formulas consistent. I should not have to guess/hope that the one I picked will work. It shouldn't matter if we buy Ant Baits or Ant Killer formula -- all should work. But come to find out that the Ant Killer doesn't work at all like I thought is a big disappointment. We hope you will take our feedback seriously. Thank you!
